All landscaping works must be carried out and maintained in accordance with the landscape management plan(s) approved under requirement 14 (provision of landscaping), and in accordance with the relevant recommendations of appropriate British Standards.

Any tree or shrub planted as part of an approved landscape management plan that, within a period of five years (save in relation to Work Nos. 19, 24, 29 and 33, for which the relevant period is ten years) after planting, is removed, dies or becomes, in the opinion of the relevant planning authority, seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the first available planting season with a specimen of the same species and size as that originally planted unless alternative timing or a different specimen is otherwise approved by the relevant planning authority.
