Citation, extent and commencement1

These Rules may be cited as the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2022.

These Rules extend to England and Wales.

These Rules come into force on 1st April 2022, except as follows—
a
rules 3, 6 to 27, 29 and the Schedule come into force on the day on which section 1 of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 20204 comes fully into force;
b
rule 4 comes into force on the day on which section 65 of the Domestic Abuse Act 20215 comes into force;
c
rule 5 comes into force on 3rd April 2022.
