Saving: limits on costs orders and expenses orders in relation to unexplained wealth orders

3.  The amendments to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(1) made by sections 52 and 53 of the Act (which are brought into force by regulation 2) do not apply in relation to costs (in respect of section 52) or expenses (in respect of section 53) incurred before 15th May 2022.
