Amendment of the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009

34.—(1) The Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 7—

(a)in paragraph (1)(b) for “Board” substitute “NHS England”;

(b)in paragraph (1A)(b) for “Board”, in each place it occurs, substitute “NHS England”;

(c)in paragraph (3)(a) for “Board” substitute “NHS England”;

(d)in paragraph (3)(b) for “Board” substitute “NHS England”;

(e)in paragraph (4) for “Board”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “NHS England”;

(f)in paragraph (5)(a) for “Board” substitute “NHS England”.
