In section 6(7) of the Bail Act 19762, for “the general limit in a magistrates’ court” substitute “12 months”

In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Powers) Regulations 20233 the entry relating to section 6(7) of the Bail Act 1976 is revoked.
