8. In section 133(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988(1), after paragraph (g)(2), insert “or
(h)on an appeal under Schedule 9 to the National Security Act 2023.”.
Section 133(5)(g) was inserted by section 15(2)(b) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (c. 6).
