Commencement2
The following provisions of the Public Order Act 2023 come into force on 20th December 2023—
a
section 10 (powers to stop and search on suspicion);
b
section 11 (powers to stop and search without suspicion);
c
section 12 (further provisions about authorisations and directions under section 11);
d
section 13 (further provisions about searches under section 11) to the extent it is not already in force;
e
section 14 (offence relating to section 11).
