Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and (9) and 4(1) of the Trade Act 20211.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Trade Act 2021.
