15.—(1) The functions of the Secretary of State under the National Security and Investment Act 2021(1) are to be exercisable concurrently with the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.
(2) The functions of the Secretary of State under sections 85 to 95 of, and Schedules 7 and 8 to, the Enterprise Act 2002(2) are to be exercisable concurrently with the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.
