3.  In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation)(1)—

(a)omit “Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy” and “Department for International Trade”;

(b)at the appropriate places insert—

• “Department for Business and Trade.”

• “Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.”

• “Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.”
