In paragraph 1 of the condition set out in the Schedule to the Electricity (Fuel Mix Disclosure) Regulations 2005, in the definition of “fuel mix disclosure data table”, for “the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy” substitute “the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero”.
