5. In section 168(1) (appointment of persons to carry out investigations in particular cases), in subsection (4), after paragraph (ic) insert—
“(id)a person may have contravened any provision made by or under the Securitisation Regulations 2024;”.
In section 168(4), paragraph (ic) was inserted by paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 2 to the Financial Services Act 2021.
