16. In section 176 (entry of premises under warrant), in subsection (11)—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit “87C, 87J,”;
(b)at the end of that paragraph, omit “or”;
(c)after that paragraph insert—
“(aa)by the FCA under regulation 26, 28 or 33 of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024; or”.
