139.  Rule 16.6 has effect as if—

(a)in paragraph (3)(b), “, or a meeting of contributories” were omitted;

(b)after paragraph (3)(b), there were inserted “or”;

(c)paragraph (3)(d), and the “or” preceding it, were omitted.
