In regulation 66 (inspection etc of the register), section 1091 of the 2006 Act29, as applied to LLPs by that regulation, for subsections (1) and (2) substitute—

A copy provided under section 1086 must be certified by the registrar as a true copy if the applicant expressly requests such certification.
