2. The amendments made to the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996(1) by the Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2000(2) (except Regulations 7, 9, 10 and 22(5)) and by Regulation 2 of the Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment No. 2) (England) Regulations 2000(3) shall have effect in Wales in relation to applications for grant made on or after the 3rd April 2000.
