The National Assembly for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 10(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 19771 on the Secretary of State and now vested in the National Assembly2 after consulting in accordance with paragraph 11(1) of that Schedule bodies recognised by the National Assembly as representing persons likely to be affected, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
