12.—(1) A registered teacher is entitled to appear and make oral representations and to be represented, by any person or persons whom he or she desires, at any hearing of a Committee at which his or her case is considered.
(2) Where a registered teacher does not appear at a hearing of a Committee at which his or her case is considered, the teacher is entitled to make written representations.
