2.—(1) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn —

  • ystyr “blwyddyn IACS” (“IACS year”) yw cyfnod o 12 mis yn dechrau ar 16 Mai ac ystyr “blwyddyn IACS 2001” (“IACS year 2001”) yw cyfnod felly yn dechrau ar 16 Mai 2001;

  • ystyr “cynllun IACS” (“IACS scheme”) yw un o gynlluniau'r System Integredig Gweinyddu a Rheoli Cymunedol a nodir yn Erthygl 1.1 o Reoliad y Cyngor 3508/92; mae i “daliad” yr un ystyr â “holding” yn Rheoliad y Cyngor Rhif 3508/92;

  • ystyr “Rheoliad y Comisiwn 3887/92” (“Commission Regulation 3887/92”) yw Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EEC) Rhif 3887/92 (1) sy'n nodi'r rheolau ar gyfer cymhwyso'r system integredig gweinyddu a rheoli ar gyfer cynlluniau cymorth Cymunedol penodol fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Reoliad y Comisiwn (EC Rhif 229/95(2), Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 1648/95(3), Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 2015/95(4)), Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 613/97(5), Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 1678/98(6)), Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 2801/1999(7) a Rheoliad y Comisiwn 2721/2000(8); ac
