Dehongli

2.—(1) Oni nodir yn wahanol, yn y Rheoliadau hyn:

  • ystyr “adroddiad blynyddol” (“annual report”) yw'r adroddiad a baratoir gan yr awdurdod perthnasol o dan reoliad 16(1);

  • mae i “awdurdod penodi” (“appointing authority”) yr ystyr a roddir i “appointing authority” yn adran 94(2) o'r Ddeddf ond mae'n cynnwys, pan fo'r cyd-destun yn mynnu hynny, un neu ragor o awdurdodau penodi yn gweithredu ar y cyd mewn perthynas â fforwm a sefydlir o dan reoliad 3(5) yn unol ag unrhyw drefniadau y cytunir arnynt rhwng yr awdurdodau penodi perthnasol at y diben hwnnw;

  • ystyr “y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol” (“the National Assembly”) yw Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru;

  • ystyr “y Ddeddf” (“the Act”) yw Deddf Cefn Gwlad a Hawliau Tramwy 2000;

  • ystyr “fforwm” (“forum”) yw fforwm mynediad lleol a sefydlir o dan adran 94(1) o'r Ddeddf gan gynnwys fforwm mynediad ar y cyd a sefydlir mewn dull tebyg;

  • mae i “hawliau tramwy lleol” (“local rights of way”) yr ystyr a roddir i “local rights of way” yn adran 95(3) o'r Ddeddf;

  • mae i “y person sy'n llywyddu” (“person presiding”) yr ystyr a roddir i “person presiding” yn rheoliad 15(3);

  • mae i “tir mynediad” (“access land”) yr ystyr a roddir i “access land” yn adran 1(1) o'r Ddeddf.

(2) Onid yw'r cyd-destun yn mynnu fel arall, yn y Rheoliadau hyn mae unrhyw gyfeiriad at reoliad â rhif yn gyfeiriad at y rheoliad sy'n dwyn y rhif hwnnw yn y Rheoliadau hyn ac mae unrhyw gyfeiriad mewn rheoliad at baragraff â rhif yn gyfeiriad at y paragraff sy'n dwyn y rhif hwnnw yn y rheoliad hwnnw.
