Cymhwyso Rheoliadau blaenorol

13.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau Rheoliad y Cyngor a Rheoliad y Comisiwn, mae Rheoliadau 1994 yn parhau mewn grym mewn perthynas â buddiolwyr sydd yn derbyn taliadau o dan y Rheoliadau hynny ar y dyddiad y daw'r Rheolidau hyn i rym.

(2) Diddymir Rheoliadau 1999 ac mae darpariaethau cyfatebol y Rheoliadau hyn yn cymeryd eu lle gyda'r eithriad y bydd y dewis i drosglwyddo o gynllun Rheoliadau 1994 yn dod i ben.

(3) Mae darpariaethau'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i fuddiolwyr sydd yn derbyn taliadau o dan Reoliadau 1999 ar y dyddiad y daw'r Rheoliadau hyn i rym yn lle'r darpariaethau cyfatebol yn Rheoliadau 1999.

(4) Mae ymrwymiadau a roddwyd (neu y bernir eu bod wedi eu rhoi) o dan Reoliadau 1999 yn gymwys fel petaent wedi eu rhoi o dan y Rheoliadau hyn, ond gydag effaith o'r dyddiad y rhoddwyd hwy yn wreiddiol.
