Liability for insurance cover for the Public Hall, Heol Las (Cornelly), and Badge of Office, the war memorial, Moriah Place, Kenfig Hill (Pyle), the following bus shelters:

Pyle Road (in the vicinity of the Old Police Station) Pyle, Ffald Road, Pyle (in the vicinity of the entrance to the Co-operative Stores), Marlas Road, Pyle, Pyle Road, Pyle (in the vicinity of the vicinity of the garage), Pyle Road, Pyle (in the vicinity of Margaret’s Wool Shop), Cwrt Anghorfa, Pyle Road, Pyle, Moriah Place, Kenfig Hill, St. Theodore’s Church Kenfig Hill , Pisgah Chapel, Kenfig Hill, Hawthorne Drive, South Cornelly, the Golf Club, Waun y Mer, Kenfig, two bus stops at Maudlam Church, Maudlam, Heol y Parc, North Cornelly, two bus stops at Ffordd yr Eglwys, North Cornelly, two bus stops at Broadlands, North Cornelly, Heol Tydraw, Pyle, Cornelly Cross, Ael y Bryn, North Cornelly, Prince of Wales, Kenfig, Ton Kenfig, Heol Henfoes, Brynamlwg, North Cornelly. Afon y Felin, North Cornelly.

Cornelly Community Council and Pyle Community Council provided that where such liability is in respect of a building or structure in Column (1) each council shall assume liability for such buildings or structures as are within their areas as shown on the boundary map.
Public liability, fidelity guarantee and personal accident cover.
Liability for maintenance of public rights of way as contained in the definitive map prepared by the former Mid Glamorgan County Council (made under the provisions of Part IV of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949) and in accordance with an agency agreement entered into in 1996 between the Cynffig Community Council and the former Mid Glamorgan Council for the maintenance of those rights of way, the following wayside seats: three seats at Marlas Road, Pyle, one seat at Pandy Crescent, Pyle, one at Pyle Road, Pyle, one seat at Ffald Road, Pyle, four seats at School Road, Kenfig Hill, one seat at Penrhyn Gates, Kenfig Hill, one seat at New Road (in the vicinity of the grass verge), Kenfig Hill, two seats at Waunbant Road, Kenfig Hill, one seat at Collwyn, Pyle, two seats at Broadlands, North Cornelly, one seat at Heol Tydraw, one seat at Cornelly Cross, one seat at Ton Kenfig, two seats in the vicinity of the Angel Inn, Maudlam and the following bus shelters (and the cleaning thereof) : Pyle Road (in the vicinity of the Old Police Station), Ffald Road, Pyle (in the vicinity of the entrance to the Co-operative Stores), Marlas Road, Pyle, Pyle Road, Pyle (in the vicinity of the vicinity of the garage), Pyle Road, Pyle (in the vicinity of Margaret’s Wool Shop), Cwrt Anghorfa, Pyle Road, Pyle, Ffald Road, Pyle, Moriah Place, Kenfig Hill, Pisgah Chapel, Kenfig Hill, Hawthorne Drive, South Cornelly, the Golf Club, Waun y Mer, Kenfig, two bus stops at Maudlam Church, Maudlam, Heol y Parc, North Cornelly, two bus stops at Ffordd yr Eglwys, North Cornelly, two bus stops at Broadlands, North Cornelly, Heol Tydraw, Pyle, Cornelly Cross, Ael y Bryn, North Cornelly, Prince of Wales, Kenfig, Ton Kenfig, Heol Henfoes, Brynamlwg, North Cornelly, Afon y Felin, North Cornelly.Cornelly Community Council and Pyle Community Council provided that where such liability is in respect of a building or structure in Column (1) each council shall assume liability for such buildings or structures as are within their areas as shown on the boundary map.
