Citation, commencement, interpretation and applicationE+W

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and will come into force —

(a)except for regulation 12, on 6th April 2003, and

(b)regulation 12, on 7th April 2003.

(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” (“y prif Reoliadau”) means the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 1988(1).

(3) These Regulations apply to Wales only.
