Arolygu, atafaelu a dal gafael ar fwyd anifeiliaid a amheuir

9.  O ran unrhyw hysbysiad sydd i'w roi o dan reoliad 8 —

(a)rhaid iddo gael ei lofnodi gan arolygydd sy'n gweithredu ar ran yr awdurdod gorfodi;

(b)os yw'n honni ei fod yn dwyn llofnod swyddog y mae'r hysbysiad yn datgan ei fod yn arolygydd (ac mae llofnod yn cynnwys ffacsimili o lofnod drwy ba fodd bynnag y mae wedi'i atgynhyrchu), mae i'w ystyried, oni phrofir i'r gwrthwyneb, yn hysbysiad sydd wedi'i ddyroddi'n briodol gan yr arolygydd;

(c)mae i fod i gael ei roi i'r person y mae'r deunydd o dan ei ofal —

(i)drwy ei drosglwyddo i'r person hwnnw;

(ii)drwy ei adael yn ei swyddfa, neu ei anfon mewn llythyr rhagdaledig sydd wedi'i gyfeirio ato yn y swyddfa honno;

(iii)yn achos cwmni neu gorff corfforaethol, drwy ei drosglwyddo i'w ysgrifennydd neu i'w glerc yn ei swyddfa gofrestredig neu ei brif swyddfa, neu drwy ei anfon mewn llythyr rhagdaledig sydd wedi'i gyfeirio at yr ysgrifennydd neu'r clerc yn y swyddfa honno;

(iv)yn achos unrhyw berson arall, drwy ei adael neu ei anfon mewn llythyr rhagdaledig sydd wedi'i gyfeirio ato yn ei breswylfan arferol neu ei breswylfan hysbys ddiwethaf;

(v)pan nad yw'n ymarferol canfod, ar ôl ymchwiliad rhesymol, enw a chyfeiriad y person y dylid cyflwyno'r hysbysiad iddo, neu pan fo'r fangre lle mae bwyd anifeiliaid yn cael ei gadw heb ei meddiannu, caniateir i'r hysbysiad gael ei gyfeirio at “berchennog” neu “feddiannydd” y fangre lle mae'r bwyd anifeiliaid, a'i drosglwyddo i ryw berson yn y fangre honno, neu os nad oes unrhyw berson yn y fangre y gellir ei drosglwyddo iddo, drwy ei osod neu osod copi ohono ar ryw ran amlwg o'r fangre.
