Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, ac yntau wedi'i ddynodi(1) at ddibenion adran 2(2) o Ddeddf Cymunedau Ewrop 1972(2) o ran polisi amaethyddol cyffredin y Gymuned Ewropeaidd, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo yn rhinwedd yr adran honno, drwy hyn yn gwneud y Rheoliadau canlynol —

Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Planhigion Ffrwythau (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2005 a deuant i rym ar 30 Ebrill 2005.

(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.

Diwygio Rheoliadau

2.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Planhigion Ffrwythau 1995(3) o ran Cymru, yn unol â pharagraff (2).

(2) Yn lle Atodlen 1 i'r Rheoliadau hynny rhodder yr Atodlen ganlynol —

(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Rheoliadau.)

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn, sydd yn gymwys o ran Cymru, yn dod i rym ar 30 Ebrill 2005. Maent yn rhoi effaith i Gyfarwyddeb y Comisiwn 2003/111/EC (O.J. Rhif L311, 27.11.2003, t.12) sy'n diwygio Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb 92/34/EEC (O.J. Rhif L157, 10.6.1992, t. 10) ar farchnata deunyddiau sy'n lluosogi planhigion ffrwythau a phlanhigion ffrwythau a fwriadwyd ar gyfer cynhyrchu ffrwythau.

Mae Rheoliad 2 yn disodli Atodlen 1 i Reoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Ffrwythau 1995 ac yn ei lle yn rhoi Atodlen 1 newydd sy'n pennu'r genera a'r rhywogaethau y mae'r Rheoliadau hynny yn gymwys iddynt.

Mae Arfarniad Rheoleiddiol wedi'i baratoi. Gellir cael copïau oddi wrth Is-adran Iechyd Anifeiliaid a Phlanhigion, Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ.

Prunus dulcis (Mill.) D A Webb is the accepted scientific name used in the United States Germplasm Resources Information Network (“GRIN”) database (available at http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/npgs/html/index.pl) and by the Royal Horticultural Society.
