Gwybodaeth sydd i'w hanfon at y panel adolygu annibynnol

29.—(1) Os yw'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu yn cael hysbysiad oddi wrth y panel adolygu annibynnol bod darpar fabwysiadydd wedi gwneud cais am adolygiad o'r dyfarniad cymwys, rhaid i'r asiantaeth, o fewn 10 niwrnod gwaith ar ôl derbyn yr hysbysiad hwnnw, anfon at y panel adolygu annibynnol yr wybodaeth a bennir ym mharagraff (2)(1).

(2) Mae'r wybodaeth ganlynol yn un a bennir at ddibenion paragraff (1) —

(a)yr holl adroddiadau a gwybodaeth a anfonwyd at y panel mabwysiadu yn unol â rheoliad 26;

(b)unrhyw sylwadau ysgrifenedig a wnaed gan y darpar fabwysiadydd yn unol â rheoliad 26(6);

(c)unrhyw adroddiadau eraill neu wybodaeth arall a anfonwyd gan yr asiantaeth fabwysiadu at y panel mabwysiadu;

(ch)cofnod o drafodion y panel mabwysiadu, ei argymhellion a'i resymau dros ei argymhellion;

(d)yr hysbysiad, ynghyd â'r rhesymau a anfonwyd gan yr asiantaeth fabwysiadu at y darpar fabwysiadydd yn unol â rheoliad 28(4)(a) a (b).

Rhagnodir gweithrediad a gweithdrefn y panel adolygu annibynnol mewn rheoliadau pellach a wneir o dan adran 9 o'r Ddeddf.
