Darpariaeth Drosiannol — amcangyfrifon

7.—(1) Mae'r darpariaethau a ganlyn o'r erthygl hon yn gymwys i'r Ombwdsmon o ran y flwyddyn ariannol sy'n gorffen ar 31 Mawrth 2007.

(2) Rhaid i'r Ombwdsmon baratoi amcangyfrif o incwm a threuliau'r swydd honno am y flwyddyn ariannol honno a'i gyflwyno i Gabinet y Cynulliad dim hwyrach nag un mis cyn cychwyn y flwyddyn ariannol honno.

(3) Rhaid i Gabinet y Cynulliad graffu ar yr amcangyfrif ac yna ei osod gerbron y Cynulliad gydag unrhyw addasiadau y tybia eu bod yn briodol.

(4) Os yw Cabinet y Cynulliad yn bwriadu gosod yr amcangyfrif gerbron y Cynulliad gydag addasiadau, rhaid iddo ymghynghori â'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yn gyntaf.
