14.  In the Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000(1), in Schedule 1, in paragraph 1, in the definition of “eligible child”, in sub-paragraph (c)(ii), after “married” insert “or entered into civil partnership with”.
