10.—(1) Rheoliadau Addysg (Cynllun Grant Dysgu'r Cynulliad) (Cymru) 2002(1) fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ym mharagraff (6)(b) o reoliad 6—

(a)yn lle “y Comisiwn Archwilio i Awdurdodau Lleol a'r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Cenedlaethol yng Nghymru a Lloegr”, rhodder “Archwilydd Cyffredinol Cymru”;

(b)yn lle “adran 3(5), (6) a (7) o Ddeddf y Comisiwn Archwilio 1998”, rhodder “adran 14(4) a (9) o Ddeddf Archwilio Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2004”.
