Pwerau arolygwyr

17.—(1) Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys fel pe bai'r Rheoliadau hyn yn Orchymyn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf ac fel pe bai'r diffiniad o ddofednod yn adran 87(4) o'r Ddeddf wedi'i estyn i gynnwys pob aderyn—

(a)adran 63 (pwerau cyffredinol arolygwyr);

(b)adran 64A(1) (pwerau arolygwyr ynglŷn â rhwymedigaethau Cymunedol), ac

(c)adran 65(1) i (3) (pŵer i ddal gafael ar lestri ac awyrennau).

(2) Mae adran 65A(2) o'r Ddeddf (arolygu cerbydau) yn gymwys fel petai—

(a)y Rheoliadau hyn yn Orchymyn o dan y Ddeddf;

(b)y diffiniad o ddofednod yn adran 87(4) o'r Ddeddf wedi'i estyn i gynnwys pob aderyn; ac

(c)pob parth brechu neu fangre a bennwyd mewn hysbysiad brechu wedi'i ddynodi neu wedi'i dynodi cyhyd ag y bydd yn para mewn bodolaeth at ddibenion yr adran honno.

(3) Caiff arolygydd farcio unrhyw aderyn neu beth arall at ddibenion ei adnabod.

(4) Bydd unrhyw berson sy'n difwyno, cuddio neu dynnu unrhyw farc a ddodwyd o dan baragraff (3) yn euog o dramgwydd.
