Extension of definitions of “animals” and “poultry”2
For the purposes of the Act in its application to the disease and to this Order—
a
the definition of “animals” in section 87(1) of the Act is extended to include all four-footed beasts;
b
the definition of “poultry” in section 87(4) of the Act is extended to include all birds.
