Hwyluso brechu

12.—(1) Rhaid i geidwad unrhyw anifail a bennir mewn penderfyniad i ymgymryd â rhaglen frechu, os gwneir hynny'n ofynnol gan arolygydd neu berson sy'n gweithredu o dan ei gyfarwyddyd—

(a)datgan (mewn ysgrifen os oes gofyn), rywogaethau, oed a niferoedd yr anifeiliaid y mae'n gyfrifol amdanynt; a

(b)cyflwyno unrhyw anifail o'r fath i'w frechu ar yr adeg honno ac yn y lle hwnnw a fo'n ofynnol.

(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson ganiatáu symud y canlynol o unrhyw fangre lle cedwir unrhyw anifail a bennir mewn penderfyniad i ymgymryd â rhaglen frechu cyn bod yr holl anifeiliaid hynny wedi cael eu brechu ac eithrio o dan awdurdod trwydded a roddir gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol—

(a)unrhyw anifail, neu

(b)unrhyw gynnyrch anifeiliaid a gynhyrchwyd yn y fangre o anifail sy'n dueddol i gael y clwy.
