Gorfodi, troseddau ac achosion

36.—(1) Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys fel pe bai'r Rheoliadau hyn yn Orchymyn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf—

(a)adran 60 (dyletswyddau ac awdurdodiadau cwnstabliaid),

(b)adran 66 (gwrthod a rhwystro),

(c)adran 67 (dyroddi trwyddedau anwir etc.),

(ch)adran 68 (dyroddi trwyddedau sy'n wag etc.),

(d)adran 71 (tramgwyddau eraill o ran trwyddedau);

(dd)adran 71A, (erlyniadau: terfyn amser)

(e)adran 73 (tramgwyddau cyffredinol);

(f)adran 77 (arian y gellir ei adennill yn ddiannod), ac

(ff)adran 79(1) i (4) (tystiolaeth a gweithdrefn)

ac fel pe bai'r diffiniad o anifail yn adran 87 o'r Ddeddf wedi'i estyn i gynnwys pob anifail sy'n dueddol i gael y clwy.

(2) Mae adran 69 o'r Ddeddf (cael trwyddedau drwy dwyll etc.) yn gymwys fel pe bai trwyddedau, tystysgrifau neu offerynnau a ganiatawyd neu a ddyroddwyd o dan y Rheoliadau hyn wedi'u caniatáu neu eu dyroddi o dan Orchymyn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf.

(3) Mae adran 75 o'r Ddeddf (cosbau am dramgwyddau diannod) yn gymwys fel pe bai'r Rheoliadau hyn yn Orchymyn a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf ac eithrio nad yw unrhyw gyfnod o garchar ar gollfarn ddiannod i fod yn fwy na thri mis.
