RHAN 4dŵr yfed wedi'i botelu

Potelu dŵr yfed

13.  Ni chaiff neb beri bod unrhyw ddŵr yfed yn cael ei botelu onid yw'r dŵr hwnnw'n bodloni gofynion Atodlen 2.

Marcio, labelu a hysbysebu dŵr yfed wedi'i botelu

14.  Ni chaiff neb —

(a)peri bod unrhyw ddŵr yfed nad yw'n bodloni darpariaethau Adran I o Atodiad I yn cael ei botelu mewn potel wedi'i marcio neu wedi'i labelu â'r canlynol—

(i)unrhyw ddynodiad, enw perchnogol, marc masnachol, enw brand, darlun neu arwydd arall, p'un ai'n arwyddluniol ai peidio, y mae'r defnydd ohono yn dueddol o beri y gellir drysu'r dŵr gyda dŵr mwynol naturiol, neu

(ii)y disgrifiad “mineral water” neu “dŵr mwynol”; neu

(b)peri bod unrhyw ddŵr yfed wedi'i botelu nad yw'n bodloni darpariaethau Adran I o Atodiad I yn cael ei hysbysebu o dan—

(i)unrhyw ddynodiad, enw perchnogol, marc masnachol, enw brand, darlun neu arwydd arall, p'un a yw'n arwyddluniol ai peidio, y mae'r defnydd ohono yn dueddol o beri y gellir drysu'r dŵr gyda dŵr mwynol naturiol, neu

(ii)y disgrifiad “mineral water” neu “dŵr mwynol”.

Gwerthu dŵr yfed wedi'i botelu

15.  Ni chaiff neb werthu unrhyw ddŵr yfed wedi'i botelu —

(a)na chafodd ei botelu yn unol â rheoliad 13; neu

(b)na chafodd ei farcio neu'i labelu yn unol â rheoliad 14.
