5.  Nid yw adran 56(1A) o Ddeddf 1991 (pwer i roi cyfarwyddiadau o ran amseru gwaith stryd) ac adran 56A(1) o'r Ddeddf honno (pwer i roi cyfarwyddiadau o ran gosod cyfarpar) yn gymwys ar gyfer gwaith stryd y mae hysbysiad wedi cael ei roi ar ei gyfer o dan adran 54(1) (hysbysiad ymlaen llaw o waith penodol) neu adran 55(1) o'r Ddeddf honno (hysbysiad o ddyddiad dechrau gwaith) cyn 1 Ebrill 2008.
