Hysbysiadau o waith stryd

6.—(1) Nid yw'r diwygiad i adran 54(3) o Ddeddf 1991 gan adran 49(1)(a) o Ddeddf 2004 (hysbysiadau o waith stryd) yn gymwys i hysbysiadau a roddwyd o dan adran 54(1) o Ddeddf 1991 cyn 1 Ebrill 2008.

(2) Nid yw adran 54(4A) o Ddeddf 1991 yn gymwys ynglyn â gwaith stryd y rhoddwyd hysbysiad ymlaen llaw yn ei gylch o dan adran 54(1) o'r Ddeddf honno cyn 1 Ebrill 2008.

(3) Pan roddir hysbysiad ymlaen llaw o dan adran 54(1) o Ddeddf 1991 sy'n pennu dyddiad dechrau ar gyfer y gwaith arfaethedig cyn 1 Ebrill 2008, nid yw adran 54(4B) o'r Ddeddf honno'n gymwys ond, os na ddechreuir yn sylweddol ar y gwaith hwnnw cyn 22 Ebrill 2008, bydd yr hysbysiad yn peidio â bod yn effeithiol o ran y gwaith arfaethedig ac felly bydd adran 54(1) yn gymwys unwaith eto iddo.

(4) Nid yw adran 55(8) a (9) o Ddeddf 1991 yn gymwys o ran gwaith stryd y rhoddwyd hysbysiad ar ei gyfer o dan naill ai adran 54(1) neu adran 55(1) o'r Ddeddf honno cyn 1 Ebrill 2008.

(5) Os rhoddir hysbysiad ymlaen llaw o dan adran 54(1) o Ddeddf 1991 cyn 1 Ebrill 2008 sy'n pennu dyddiad dechrau ar ôl 30 Mehefin 2008, bydd yr hysbysiad hwnnw'n peidio â bod yn effeithiol ar 1 Ebrill 2008 a bydd adran 54(1) yn gymwys unwaith eto o ran y gwaith arfaethedig.
