3.  For the purposes of these Regulations, the actual costs of exercising official controls are the aggregate of the costs of the items [F1referred to in Articles 81 and 82 of Regulation 2017/625] directly incurred in the exercise of the official controls required under [F2Title 6 of and Annex 6 to Regulation 2019/627].
