The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 121(5) and 122(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 20041, makes the following Order:
Title, commencement and application1

The title of this Order is the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) (Amendment No.1) Order 2007 and it comes into force on 23 February 2007.

This Order applies in relation to Wales.
Amendment of The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 20052
In the Schedule to The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 20052, omit the words “Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council”.
