The Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008

The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 204(1) and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006(1) and after completion of consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 2 to that Act(2) hereby make the following Order:

Title and Commencement

1. The Title of this Order is the Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 July 2008.

Dissolution of NHS Trust

2. The Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust established by the Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(3) is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order provides for the dissolution of the Conwy and Denbighshire National Health Service Trust on 1 July 2008.
