(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn, sy'n gymwys o ran Cymru, yn parhau i weithredu Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/102/EEC ar adnabod a chofrestru anifeiliaid (OJ Rhif L 355, 5.12.92, t.0032). Mae'n dirymu ac yn disodli Gorchymyn Moch (Cofnodion, Adnabod a Symud) (Cymru) 2004.

Y prif newid ac eglurhad yw bod yn rhaid i fochyn a symudir o ddaliad ac eithrio marchnad, yn ddarostyngedig i eithriadau o ran moch nad ydynt eto'n flwydd oed, fod wedi ei farcio â'r marc cenfaint ar gyfer y daliad hwnnw (erthyglau 7 ac 8).

Fel o'r blaen, mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i berson sy'n cadw moch ar ddaliad hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru (erthygl 4) ac yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i gofnodion gael eu cadw (erthygl 5 a'r Atodlen).

Mae erthyglau 6 i 11 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i foch gael eu marcio â thagiau clust neu datŵs, ac maent yn pennu beth, a dibynnu ar yr amgylchiadau, y mae'n rhaid ei gynnwys yn y marciau adnabod.

Mae erthyglau 12 i 14 yn ymdrin â'r ddogfennaeth y mae'n angenrheidiol iddi fynd gyda'r moch pan gânt eu symud.

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn cael ei orfodi gan yr awdurdod lleol (erthygl 18).

Mae torri'r Gorchymyn hwn yn dramgwydd o dan adran 73 o Ddeddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 1981, ac mae'n dwyn cosb yn unol ag adran 75 o'r Ddeddf honno.
