Hysbysu gan ddaliadau

4.—(1) Rhaid i feddiannwr daliad sy'n dechrau cadw moch ar y daliad hwnnw ac unrhyw berson sy'n cymryd meddiannaeth o ddaliad lle y cedwir moch hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru o'r wybodaeth ganlynol o fewn un mis—

(a)eu henw a'u cyfeiriad; a

(b)cyfeiriad y daliad.

(2) Pan fydd hysbysiad o dan baragraff (1) yn dod i law Gweinidogion Cymru rhaid iddynt ddyroddi cod alffaniwmerig ar gyfer pob cenfaint o foch ar y daliad (y “marc cenfaint”).

(3) Rhaid i'r meddiannydd hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru o unrhyw newid i'r wybodaeth ym mharagraff (1) o fewn un mis ar ôl i'r newid gael ei wneud.

5.—(1) O fewn 36 awr ar ôl symud mochyn i ddaliad neu oddi arno, rhaid i'r ceidwad lenwi'r ffurflen yn yr Atodlen.

(2) O leiaf unwaith y flwyddyn rhaid i'r ceidwad gofnodi uchafswm nifer y moch a gedwir fel arfer ar y daliad.

(3) Rhaid i'r ceidwad gadw'r cofnodion am 6 blynedd o leiaf.
