Symud moch

12.—(1Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n cludo moch gario dogfen, a lofnodwyd gan y ceidwad, sy'n pennu—

(a)y cyfeiriad, gan gynnwys cod post a rhif CPH y daliadau y mae'r mochyn yn cael ei symud ohonynt ac iddynt;

(b)dyddiad symud y moch neu'r mochyn;

(c)nifer y moch y mae'r ddogfen honno'n eu cwmpasu;

(ch)marc adnabod pob un o'r moch a symudir (yn achos symud a bennir yn erthygl 9 neu 10, rhaid i hwn gynnwys y rhif adnabod unigol unigryw y mae'r erthyglau hynny'n ei wneud yn ofynnol); ac

(d)yn achos symud mochyn o farchnad, rhifau lot y moch sy'n cael eu symud.

(2Rhaid i'r person y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (1) roi'r ddogfen i'r ceidwad yn naliad y gyrchfan a rhaid i'r ceidwad ei chadw am 6 mis o leiaf.

(3Rhaid i'r ceidwad yn naliad y gyrchfan anfon copi o'r ddogfen y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) at yr awdurdod lleol o fewn 3 diwrnod ar ôl i'r mochyn gyrraedd.

(4Rhaid i geidwad mochyn sy'n cael ei symud y tu allan i Gymru anfon copi o'r ddogfen y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) at yr awdurdod lleol ar gyfer y daliad traddodi.

(5Yn yr erthygl hon ystyr “rhif CPH” yw'r rhif y daliad ym mhlwyf y sir a roddir i ddaliad neu ran o ddaliad gan Weinidogion Cymru.

Trwyddedau cerdded i foch anwes

13.  Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi trwydded gerdded i geidwad mochyn anwes i ganiatáu iddo fynd â'r mochyn am dro oddi ar y daliad heb gydymffurfio ag erthygl 5 neu 12, ond rhaid i'r person sy'n mynd â'r mochyn am dro gario copi o'r drwydded tra bydd allan am dro gyda'r mochyn.

Daliadau cymeradwy

14.—(1Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gymeradwyo daliad at ddibenion symud moch a fwriedir ar gyfer bridio neu besgi.

(2Rhaid i'r gymeradwyaeth bennu pa ddaliadau y caniateir symud moch ohonynt a pha ddaliadau y caniateir eu symud iddynt.

(3Nid yw symud mochyn rhwng daliadau sydd wedi eu cymeradwyo o dan yr erthygl hon yn sbarduno'r cyfnod segur yng Ngorchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Cymru) 2003(1).
