The Children Act 2004 (Commencement No 8) (Wales) Order 2008

The Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by section 67(7)(e) of, and paragraphs (b) of Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 5 to, the Children Act 2004(1), and now vested in them (2), make the following Order:
The functions of the National Assembly for Wales were transferred to the Welsh Ministers by virtue of paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
