Amodau ar waith nad yw'r gofyniad i gael trwydded yn gymwys iddo

13.—(1) Caiff cynllun trwyddedau —

(a)pennu amodau; a

(b)cynnwys darpariaeth i'r Awdurdod Trwyddedau bennu amodau,

a fydd yn gymwys i waith penodedig a wneir mewn strydoedd penodedig y datgymhwysir, yn rhinwedd darpariaeth a wnaed yn y cynllun o dan reoliad 9(2), ofyniad yn y cynllun hwnnw i gael trwydded cyn dechrau gwneud y gwaith hwnnw.

(2) Rhaid i'r amodau hynny fod yn amodau o'r mathau a bennir yn y cynllun trwyddedau o dan reoliad 10(1) i (3).

(3) Pan fo cynllun trwyddedau'n gwneud unrhyw ddarpariaeth a ganiateir o dan baragraff(1)(b), rhaid iddo hefyd —

(a)pennu drwy ba ddull y gall y rhai sy'n ymgymryd â'r gwaith nodi unrhyw amodau sy'n gymwys i'r gwaith cyn iddynt ddechrau, a

(b)pennu sut y tynnir sylw'r rhai sy'n ymgymryd â'r gwaith hwnnw at unrhyw amrywiadau i'r amodau sy'n gymwys.

(4) Bydd yr amodau hynny'n peidio â bod yn gymwys pan fo unrhyw drwydded sy'n ofynnol yn cael ei dyroddi.
