Parthau cyfyngu ar symud

25.—(1) Rhaid i barth cyfyngu ar symud fod wedi'i ganoli ar y rhan o'r fangre heintiedig sy'n fwyaf priodol i reoli'r clefyd ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru, rhaid iddo fod yn lletach na'r parth gwyliadwriaeth a pheidio â chynnwys unrhyw ardal yn y parth gwarchod na'r parth gwyliadwriaeth.

(2) Rhaid i'r ardal fod yn gyfryw ag y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn ei ystyried yn angenrheidiol i atal ymlediad feirws clefyd pothellog y moch.

(3) Mae'n dramgwydd symud mochyn oddi ar unrhyw fangre yn y parth cyfyngu ar symud ac eithrio'n unol â thrwydded a roddwyd gan arolygydd milfeddygol neu arolygydd yn gweithredu o dan gyfarwyddyd arolygydd milfeddygol.
