Cyfarfodydd a Thrafodion

23.—(1) Rhaid cynnal cyfarfodydd a thrafodion yr Ymddiriedolaeth yn unol â'r rheolau a nodir yn Atodlen 2 ac â rheolau sefydlog a wnaed o dan baragraff (2).

(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i Atodlen 2 ac i reoliad 24 rhaid i'r Ymddiriedolaeth wneud rheolau sefydlog, y caiff eu hamrywio neu eu dirymu, ar gyfer rheoleiddio ei thrafodion a'i busnes a chaniateir gwneud darpariaeth yn y cyfryw reolau sefydlog ar gyfer eu hatal.

(3) Caiff yr Ymddiriedolaeth wneud, amrywio a dirymu rheolau sefydlog sy'n ymwneud â chworwm, trafodion a man cyfarfod pwyllgor neu is-bwyllgor ond, yn ddarostyngedig i reoliad 24 ac i unrhyw reolau sefydlog o'r fath, y cyfryw ag y byddo'r pwyllgor neu'r is-bwyllgor yn penderfynu arnynt fydd y cworwm, y trafodion a'r man cyfarfod.

(4) Ni fydd trafodion yr Ymddiriedolaeth yn annilys oherwydd bod unrhyw swydd aelod yn wag neu oherwydd unrhyw ddiffyg ym mhenodiad cyfarwyddwr.
