Y gofynion o ran cymhwystra i fod yn aelodau o'r cyd-bwyllgor

5.—(1) Cyn y caniateir i unrhyw berson gael ei benodi'n gadeirydd y cyd-bwyllgor, rhaid iddo fodloni'r gofynion o ran cymhwystra yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 2 i'r Rheoliadau hyn a pharhau i gyflawni'r gofynion tra bo'n dal y swydd honno.

(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), cyn y caniateir i unrhyw berson gael ei benodi'n swyddog-aelod o'r cyd-bwyllgor, rhaid iddo fodloni'r gofynion o ran cymhwystra yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 2 i'r Rheoliadau hyn a pharhau i gyflawni'r gofynion tra bo'n dal y swydd honno.

(3) Yn ychwanegol at fodloni'r gofynion o ran cymhwystra yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 2 i'r Rheoliadau hyn, rhaid i swyddog-aelod sy'n gyfarwyddwr meddygol gwasanaethau arbenigol a thrydyddol neu sy'n nyrs-gyfarwyddwr gwasanaethau arbenigol a thrydyddol y cyd-bwyllgor fodloni hefyd y gofynion perthnasol o ran cymhwystra yn Rhan 2 o Atodlen 2 i'r Rheoliadau hyn.

(4) Caiff unrhyw berson a benodir yn unol â rheoliad 4(2) i fod yn is-gadeirydd neu'n aelod nad yw'n swyddog neu sy'n aelod cyswllt o'r cyd-bwyllgor neu'n brif weithredwr y cyd-bwyllgor ddim ond dal swydd ar y cyd-bwyllgor cyhyd â'i fod yn parhau i ddal y swydd honno fel y bo'n briodol fel aelod presennol o Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol nad yw'n swyddog neu fel Prif Weithredwr Ymddiriedolaeth GIG yng Nghymru neu Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol.
