Cychwyn ar ddarpariaethau trafnidiaeth leol o ran Cymru

2.  1 Ebrill 2009 yw'r diwrnod penodedig ar gyfer dyfod i rym y darpariaethau canlynol o'r Ddeddf, yn ddarostyngedig i'r darpariaethau trosiannol a restrir yn yr Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn—
