The Education (Teacher Student Loans) (Repayment etc.) Regulations 200313 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) for “local education authority” in each place where those words occur substitute “local authority”.

In regulation 4(1)(b) for “or a local education authority” substitute “or with a local authority in connection with its education functions”.
