The Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) (Subordinate Legislation) (Wales) Order 2010

10.—(1) The Education (Teacher Student Loans) (Repayment etc.) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows.E+W

(2) In regulation 2(1) for “local education authority” in each place where those words occur substitute “local authority”.

(3) In regulation 4(1)(b) for “or a local education authority” substitute “or with a local authority in connection with its education functions”.
